Reticulation Services

Built-in termite reticulation systems for new construction and high-value properties that need serviceable long-term termite protection.

A termite reticulation system uses a network of pipes installed below or around the structure so termiticide can be replenished later without repeated drilling. It is a planned solution for projects where long-term serviceability and reduced disruption matter.

Best for

Planned protection and high-risk sites

This service is designed for properties where access, compliance, construction stage or operational hygiene needs a more structured pest control plan.

Method

Survey-led execution

We inspect first, choose the right application method, coordinate site readiness and explain what needs to be maintained after service.

Where reticulation is useful

  • New bungalows, villas, commercial buildings and premium projects.
  • Sites with high termite pressure or previous termite history nearby.
  • Properties where future drilling would be difficult or undesirable.
  • Foundation perimeters, plinth areas and selected soil treatment zones.

Our treatment approach

  1. 01

Review drawings and identify the pipe network layout before installation.

  2. 02

Install perforated reticulation lines in specified soil zones before covering work.

  3. 03

Pressure-test and mark charging points for future replenishment.

  4. 04

Plan periodic recharging according to site condition and product guidance.

Before our team arrives

  • Coordinate before plinth filling, flooring or landscape closure.
  • Keep civil, plumbing and waterproofing teams informed about pipe routes.
  • Avoid crushing, cutting or blocking reticulation lines during construction.
  • Document charging points for future maintenance access.

After service care

  • Keep charging points accessible after handover.
  • Do not alter soil or landscaping around system zones without advice.
  • Schedule periodic inspection and recharge as recommended.
  • Inform new owners or facility teams about the installed system.
Why it works

Advanced service needs planning, access control and clear handover.

We keep the service practical: inspect the site, treat the right zones, explain operational precautions and leave the customer with concrete prevention steps.

Is reticulation only for new buildings?

It is most practical during construction, though selected retrofit options may be assessed case by case.

Does it replace inspection?

No. It makes future replenishment easier, but inspection is still needed to confirm site pressure and access.

Will pipes be visible?

Only charging points are kept accessible; most of the network is concealed below finished surfaces.
